FAQ

All of our shirts are soft and comfortable.  We have several different styles of shirts each with their unique size guides.  We highly encourage you to double check against the size guide for the shirt you are considering to ensure a perfect fit.  Here’s a link to all the size guides and instructions on how to properly measure your shirt.

We currently carry sizes up to 3xl.  We would suggest the Dolman or Unisex Crew Neck for the most comfortable fit if looking for 2xl or higher.  Remember to measure a shirt you currently love and compare it to the size guide.

We are actively looking for plus sized options.  Please email us at info@nullmudandlaceapparel.com if you’d like to be added to our list and be notified when larger styles are available.

Absolutely!  You can contact us at info@nullmudandlaceapparel.com and we’ll be happy to assist you in doing so.

Our standard processing time is 5-10 business days (M-F, excluding holidays). Your order will ship on the 11th business day after you place your order at the latest.  You will receive a shipping notification at that time and can track it all the way to your door.  If you want to check the status of your order feel free to email us at info@nullmudandlaceapparel.com.

We ship via USPS. Your shipping will be based on the weight of the items you are purchasing and your shipping address. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Local customers will be offered the Local Pickup option and we will coordinate with you once your order is ready.

Each shirt is unique based on the size/color/design combination that you choose and is custom made to order.  For this reason, we are unable to process cancellations, returns, or exchanges.  The only exception would be if your item arrives damaged or we accidentally send you the wrong item.  If that’s the case, please contact us right away at info@nullmudandlaceapparel.com.

 

At this time, we are unable to adjust orders to reflect a coupon.  Please remember to enter your coupon code at the time of check out.

When you check out you will have an option to choose Priority Mail which may offer faster shipping (depending on your location).  If you have concerns, please contact us at info@nullmudandlaceapparel.com FIRST so we can try to accommodate you.  We may have a few ready to ship items on hand or be able to adjust our processing schedule for a fee to make it work for you.  It never hurts to ask!

Please wash inside out on gentle cycle and hang dry for longevity.  Each shirt will have a care card included.  Please avoid ironing directly over the design.  If necessary, iron quickly from the backside or only iron the other parts of the shirt.

We intend to put out several new designs each month.  We will also try to put out designs for various holidays, seasons, special occasions, etc. throughout the year.  If you sign up for our email list, you will receive a notification when new designs are available.

Yes! We would be happy to give you a quote for a custom order. Please contact us at info@nullmudandlaceapparel.com subject: Custom Order and let us know the details. We will then be able to get a quote out to you or follow-up with more questions. Please note that custom orders will have a longer processing time than our normal orders. Plan ahead!
